BG Universal Cooling System Cleaner is a revolutionary formulation with amazingly safe and effective cleaning capabilities. It removes tough organic deposits that result from oil fouling, grease and glycol oxidation residues yet contains no harsh chemicals. It can be used in either gasoline or diesel engines and is completely harmless to all cooling system components.

Add 12 oz. (355 mL) or 8 oz. (237 mL) of BG Universal Cooling System Cleaner to the cooling system. Operate engine until it reaches normal operating temperature. Continue operating the engine for 10–30 minutes, keeping the engine at normal operating temperature with heater controls at their highest position. Drain the system and flush with clean water until the system is free of rust. Refill with proper antifreeze and water concentration.
BG Universal Cooling System Cleaner can be used in both gasoline and diesel engines. It contains no harsh chemicals and is harmless to all cooling system components. Do not leave in system.
NOTE: For an added dose of superior rust and corrosion protection, add 12 oz. (355 mL) BG Universal Super Cool®, PN 546, to the system. The addition of BG Universal Super Cool® is highly recommended as it helps compensate for any untreated coolant left in the system after the service is performed.
